After tearing through a handful of smallish sketchbooks I decided I needed to put together a thicker one. Why? I felt like I was drawing the same things over and over--instead of breaking away later in the sketchbook I would start a new one and continue drawing the same. So I needed to shake it up. This one turned into a lot of sketches for instruments, mutes, and microphones. So it goes, I get a little bogged down in drawing and start thinking about music or bikes.
