get on, get old, good boy

I guess I've read enough stories, watched enough movies and lived enough mistakes to know that not talking really does not bring resolution. On Democracy Now! this morning, guest Tavis Smiley commented that "you don't make progress by not talking," and it was nice to hear what I've been thinking (even though he was commenting on world politics). Regarding my whole jury duty experience, there is a part of me wanting to forget it, but I know that won't happen. So I move on, because that's what you have to do. The sick dread in my stomach I suppose will fade.

So, I do what I do. I draw and go to work and watch movies with my wife and pick up the groceries. I hope I'll make a difference somehow.
