I spent the morning building this bypass/feedback looper. It is two things I love: practical and completely absurd. Practically: it is a bypass, so I can plug all my pedals into this and when it's switched off it bypasses them creating a smaller loop between my bass and the amp. Practically (continued): it also allows me to turn on all of my pedals with one click to create a melee of sonic Armageddon! Absurdly: by flipping the toggle switch, the pedals feedback into themselves creating random sounds which aren't really predictable and only slightly controllable with the potentiometer to the left of the switch.
Happily it all went together pretty easily—I only made one mistake: switching the hot and ground wires from the DC jack. Time to make some noise (or bypass it (but, that's no fun)).
